Like so many people, are you suffering from financial hardship, are you worrying how you will pay for much needed items such as washing machines, freezers, refrigerators, beds, bedding or carpets to name just a few.
Do you have an Ileostomy, Colostomy, Urostomy or an Internal Pouch and do you live in the catchment area covered by Midlands Ileostomy Association then the Florence Minnie Lees Bequest Fund may be able to help.
You do not have to belong to an Ileostomy Association just as long as you live within the Midlands Ileostomy Association catchment area. To apply, contact the secretary who will send you an application form which you have to complete. It covers your name, address etc: you will also need to note all monthly income and expenditure and any savings to may have. You will also need to supply company quotations for the item/s you require. We order and pay for the item and also arrange delivery

Member Meetings
2026
Saturday 9th May. The Annual Spring Meeting will be held at Canwick Village Hall Montagu Road, Canwick, LN4 2RW starting at 12-30pm with a table top display by pouch Manufacturers and Suppliers who are available on the day with each rep having a 5 minute talk. There will also be a buffet, just for fun quiz paper, the business meeting, a guest speaker and a raffle. Tea, coffee and bottled water will be available throughout the afternoon.
Saturday 7th 14th 21st 28th November. The Annual General Meeting will be held at Canwick Village Hall Montagu Road, Canwick, LN4 2RW starting at 12-30pm with a table top display by pouch Manufacturers and Suppliers who are available on the day with each rep having a 5 minute talk. The closing date is Saturday 29th November for orders and payment to be received by Paul Pyrah. A 2 course Festive Lunch of your choice with tea or coffee will cost £15-00 per person. A 3 course Festive Lunch of your choice with tea or coffee will cost £20-00 per person. There will be a free raffle.

Midland IA and National IA Meetings
Monday 16th March. The Florence Minnie Lees (FML) Meeting and Midlands IA (MIA) AGM. This will be held at Salts Healthcare, Ringway Business Park, Richard Street, Ast3n, Birmingham B7 4AA. The FML meeting will start at 11-00am. Buffet at 11-45am and the MIA (open) meeting will start at 12-30pm and end at about 3-00pm
Friday 24th April. The IA National Annual General Meeting will be held at Chesford Grange Hotel B4115 Kenilworth Warwick CV8 2LD starting at 2.30pm. For further details contact Paul Pyrah.
Saturday 25th April. The National IA Information Day will be held at Chesford Grange Hotel B4115 Kenilworth Warwick CV8 2LD starting with registration from 9am, closing at 5pm with the evening meal from 7pm, sitting down for 7.30pm. For further details contact Paul Pyrah
